Anja's youth was spent practicing singing and competing in a plethora of vocalist competitions, which she often won. The NSW Education Department in Australia selected her to join an elite group of students for their TALENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM and SCHOOLS SPECTACULAR. She also gained valuable television experience through her time on AUSTRALIA'S GOT TALENT and YOUNG TALENT TIME. In 2014 ANJA WON THE VOICE AUSTRALIA coached by Will.I.Am of Black-Eyed Peas. She represented Denmark in EUROVISION SONG CONTEST 2017 after WINNING the Danish MELODI GRAND PRIX with the song WHERE I AM.
Anja moved to Los Angeles on a student visa to study music theory, composition, piano, and recording at MUSICIANS INSTITUTE Hollywood. Anja has now secured a US work visa and is officially based in LA. Her strategy is to release several songs as an independent artist and attract a management company, record label and publisher who wish to share in her vision.
