As a fitness coach, my endeavour is to make people aware of the importance of an Holistic approach towards fitness. Your fitness regime should be a good mix of Cardio,Resistence training and flexibility exercises. A well balanced regime should consist of exercises for your body, face as well your the mind.
Through my channel I want to make this approach towards fitness easy for people to follow at home.I try and upload videos of a variety of different forms of exercises which are not only easy to follow but a good mix leading to a complete body workout !
