I'm back with my new album, 'Gospel.' Returning to my roots with an album inspired by my grandparents, the experiences of my life and legends of the genre. It’s a mix of traditional gospel such as uplifting classics like 'Oh Happy Day' by The Edwin Hawkins Singers, contemporary covers such as Labi Siffre’s 'Something inside So Strong' to new material such as my new single ‘Mamma Said’. I'm extremely proud of this track as this song embodies the message of my entire album, as it's about the strength and positivity that my grandparents gave to me.
