Self-care is incredibly important for gut health because stress is one of the top gut health killers! 🚨

How can you implement more self-care to keep your gut health? Try one or more of these activities:

🧑🏻‍🍳Baking - cooking and baking is like
meditation for me. If it relaxes you too, try some new recipes!

🥾Hiking - spending time in nature and doing
moderate movement is incredibly beneficial for gut health. Going for a hike might be exactly what you need!

🍵Drinking herbal tea can help sooth digestive problems and bloating. Give ginger and peppermints a try!

🧘🏽‍♀️Practicing gratitude has shown to be beneficial for gut health. You can also try journaling what you are grateful for!

🥣Oatmeal is delicious & the perfect fuel for your gut microbes.

😴You need time to recharge, go to bed early!

☕️ Coffee can improve your gut health. Recent studies show the positive effect coffee has on gut health. Just ask for plant milk!

🌧Enjoy the sound of rain. Nature sounds have shown to improve gut health!

🧘🏻‍♀️Try yin yoga! There is nothing more relaxing than a deep stretch ying yoga session. Trust me!

💡If you are not sure how to always stay on track with seasonal produce try visiting fruit markets or farmers' markets from time to time. Seasonal produce will always be dominant and much cheaper.
