For Chef Adam, Down Syndrome has never held him back. Even though doctors didn't know if he would survive open heart surgery as a baby, Adam has lived his life defying the odds. His love of acting brought him to TikTok, and after a video of him cooking a pizza went viral in 2021, Adam has grown his TikTok account to 2.4 million followers.
Working with his twin sister and his sister-in-law, Adam uses his humor and beautiful smile to engage people while teaching them to prepare his favorite foods.
