Weight-loss.
In 2021 I gained 32lbs. I lost the excess weight within 4 months through lifestyle changes and intermittent fasting which changed the way I eat forever. I share recipes and meal ideas here.
Fitness.
In an effort to tone up my wobbly bits, in February 2022 I started jump rope training to build strength and stamina. It completely changed my body. I'm stronger, leaner with shoulders of steel! Follow along for workouts and tips.
