Our origin story: Somewhere on Chicago's city limits lies a 1/8 acre urban homestead. This project was born out of an insatiable urge to become more self-reliant and resilient in the face of uncertain times. It all started with a big lawn several years ago and a girl hell-bent on changing that. Today, Earthflower Farms is a productive experimental urban homestead and garden of Eden. You'll find chickens, a food forest, tilapia pond, wild gardens, regenerative pasture, mushroom logs, solar power, a large victory garden, and geodesic greenhouse full of tropical trees and herbs.
