What is ASMR?
ASMR stands for Auto Sensory Meridian Response.....I know it sounds technical right? Don't worry it's just a fancy way to explain the head tingles people experience when they see or hear people perform everyday tasks. I first noticed I got tingles at school when the teacher would quietly scribble away, or when someone tapped their pencil. For some people it's when a friend brushes their hair. There are many 'triggers'.
A lot of people think they are alone in this sensation. It can be a surprise to find millions of others share it too. There is a great community here on You tube filled with those that watch and support, and those that enjoy making videos to help 'trigger' the ASMR sensation. These videos also help people suffering with Insomnia, depression, panic attacks and those just wishing to relax. You'll find videos made by men and women of all ages and races.
Thank you to all that have subscribed, commented and rated. Here's to more tingles :)
