She is a world-famous opera singer whose voice surprises with an incredibly wide range of vocal nuances ― from lyrical coloratura soprano that enchants with the extraordinary subtlety of its pianissimo gradations, to deep and timbrally full-bodied dramatic soprano. Galante has sung about 40 parts in opera productions, taken part in renditions of several large-scale vocal symphonic compositions and performed at the most prestigious opera theatres and concert halls of the world. In 2000 the BBC awarded her "Arietta" record the Best Album title in the category of classical music. The British Campion Records Company considers Inessa Galante to be one of their stars ― in 2002 her album sales exceeded 200 000 copies.

Inessa Galante said that Dame Pique and Manon are over. Now she is learning, preparing Un ballo in maschera. Inessa enumerated the beginning The bartered bride, Snowmaiden, graduating withTraviata , then Lucia di Lammermoor, Marguerite in Faust, Barbiere de Seville, Elisir d'amour, Tales of Hoffman. Then Boheme, Ifigenia ..., Aida, Trovatore. Total 27 or 28 main parts during almost 30 years in opera. She is not taking small parts. Still learning and learning. Riga is the stage where was her beginning and here she had been happy.
