The End of Poverty? is a feature length documentary film directed by Philippe Diaz and produced by Cinema Libre Studio in association with The Robert Schalkenbach Foundation. Released in 2009 it was selected at over 45 film festivals.

The film asks why poverty still exists when there is so much wealth on the world and was shot in Bolivia, Venezuela, Brazil, Kenya and Tanzania as well as Europe interviewing Nobel Prize winning economists Amartya Sen and Joseph Stiglitz, historians and activist (William Easterly, Susan George, Eric Toussaint, John Christensen) and author/former economic hit man John Perkins as well as people living and fighting against poverty and they global economic system that perpetuates it, in particular colonialism.
