It's hard to put into words what this past month has been like for us, and I'm constantly shaken by how unfair it is that we must all lose our parents eventually. Still, it feels too soon. My mom was gone in a flash, in barely six months, and I'll forever feel robbed of more time together.
There's no video today, as we celebrate her life the way she would want-- with all her family, friends, neighbors, and loved ones from all over the world, converging to share stories, music, good food, and trying to reflect back some of the goodness she shined on us all.
Tell the people you love that you love them. We'll see you Monday <3

Happy Thanksgiving!! We had high hopes to merely delay our Friday video until today, but we're dealing with some heavy life circumstances and our mental health really needed the break. So no video until Monday, but in the meantime I hope you are all taking care of yourselves, your loved ones, and remembering that rest is important, breaks are good, and to cut yourself some slack. 🙏🏼
We feel so grateful for all the love and support on our recent videos, especially those sending love, light, and positivity toward Allie's mom as she navigates a tough health diagnosis. You are all in our thoughts and part of our family, and we will see you Monday for a brand new chapter in this adventure!!
