Daniel grew up in Washington, spending much of his time exploring trails in the woods, hiking all over Mount Rainier, and soaking up the wonders of the great PNW- often while getting soaked in the rain.

Drawing inspiration from his experiences and surroundings, Daniel expresses a wide range of moods and stories through his music. His imagination combined with influences from fairy tales and mythology led to his first album release, Fables: Opus 25.

With a strong background in classical performance and an ever-expanding love for all kinds of music, Daniel experiments with anything from 20th century techniques to indie-folk idioms. He loves to tell stories, paint pictures, and describe emotions through his music- with or without words.
