About me: Born and raised in Thailand with a Thai mother and a Chinese dad. I am a fully qualified chef with a passion for anything that I can eat. I’ve previous owned and operated My Thai Kitchen, a cosy Thai bistro for the last 5 years. My current venture is a cooking school “ Taya Kitchen” teaching adults and kids how to cook great South East Asian flavours at home. I currently live happily in Brisbane, Australia.
