Movies do more than entertain. Movies affect us and move us deep down. They take us to another place, awaken something inside, and return us breathless to our seats. The filmmakers themselves may not fully understand what they have tapped into - It just felt right for the story - for the editing. It was a story that needed to be told.
There are many ways to interpret a movie. Here we attempt to dive deep into the themes and symbols - to try to understand why it resonates, to find the pearl at the center, the takeaway, the meaning on the screen.
My goal is to help people better understand themselves by helping them understand the stories that resonate with them.
