Following his passion and boldly stepping into the unknown, alt-pop country artist Austin Gee is forging his own path within the country genre with music as authentic as he is. Born in Hopkinsville, KY and a grad of Murray State University, Austin found early inspiration in the radio leading to involvement in church choir & theater throughout school. With early encouragement from his High School choir teacher, he focused on performing over baseball as he headed to college. After writing and performing an original song his freshman year at MSU, Austin began building his fanbase and plans for the future. Moving to Nashville in 2018, he quickly gained success as half of the duo SixForty1 — opening for the likes of Brantley Gilbert, Eli Young Band, Michael Ray, Walker Hayes & garnering millions of streams — and signing to Round Hill Music Publishing. Now, Austin is anticipating the release of his debut solo EP in early 2024. Austin Gee is stepping forward, knowing the best is yet to come.
