Original 9 part electro-acoustic love-induction: Anina Trobec created the band Generator along with her english boyfriend, her mother’s husband, his friend, the friend’s son, three guys called Turk, and a guy from Amsterdam. Founded on World youth day 25th May 2016, the band formed in the autonomous cultural zone Sokolc in Novo Mesto. Joined by the force of generations, their style combines elements of jazz and funk, with the strong pulse of reggae and fusion grooves. A strong character emerges with a cryptic lyrical expression, dipped in bitter-sweet melodies to contrast the punk attitude. Theatrical, intriguing... seeing is believing!
