Born in 1974
Lives and works in Paris, France

Graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs (Paris), his two artistic means of expression are the sound and the image. His work includes artistic collaborations with musicians such as the duo Air, the band Phoenix or the artist Xavier Veilhan.

Guillaume Delaperriere creates in 2004 a new musical concept, Giovanni Sample, which composes original pieces of music from filmed footage.
Subsequently, Guillaume Delaperriere chooses to shoot his own images to compose a visual music.

By recording simultaneously the image and the sound from a musical and narrative angle, he creates a new kind of films. In this way, he directs a short film in 2012, Lisboa Orchestra, which draws an original portrait
of the Portuguese city through its noises, its sounds and its music.
