Hey Rik, I usually use a bread machine but thought I would give this a try. OMG have never tasted anything so good worked a treat using plain and bread flour. Keep up the good work and keep the videos coming. Wondered if you could do one on bread pudding. Xx

I love fresh homemade bread. I have found the quality of flour has gone down drastically in the last 2 years. Have they started putting in sawdust like was done in the past? I am in America, so it may be different here. Also, the brand does not matter .

Hi Everyone
All those that follow my channel. I uploaded making bread in the 24l HYSapientia Air fryer a week ago. I have changed the way I cook the bread. The recipe is exactly the same so you can grab that from the channel follow the link. I baked these at 160 degrees right up to the last 5 mins as per the video. I have made 24 loaves after the video. Baked 2 loaves a time in 2lb loaf tins side by side – baked on the bottom shelf.
