My name is Becki, I'm 36 and live in the Midlands.
I have battled with anxiety, panic attacks and insomnia for many years and it took me a long time to open up to anyone. I slowly learned that finding out more about what I was experiencing was empowering. I started to find strategies to help.
This channel is here to pass on those strategies to you. It's also to show you that feeling anxious, overwhelmed and not coping is more common than you might think.
In the same way, I also give you some personal stories of mine about having a child and some tips that I’ve found to be effective.
Having recently been diagnosed with depression, ADHD and autism, I discuss many aspects of this.
There will be a few lighthearted extras along the way too such as concert snippets.
