Hi everyone! Thank you for your time. I originally created this channel while studying Ayurveda at the California College of Ayurveda while living nomadically. I've since completed my studies and have settled in Mexico. After a long break from video creation, I hope to continue sharing nuggets of Ayurvedic wisdom, yoga, healthy living, and anything else that feels natural to me.
