Educational videos will explain how to achieve the optimal health, weight, and fitness with food. I strive to help men and women tackle issues with body image and mental health.

Currently collaborating on teaching Plant-Based Cooking classes with one of the largest hospitals in my region. I also offer personal health coaching for those looking for comprehensive training.
