We also do a budget build series where we pick a motorsport we want to do, and build an affordable car to go do it in!

Update post hurricane Milton. We got it pretty bad here for being inland. Lots of trees down branches. Etc. power been out for two days now and looking like next week at the earliest for us to have power again. My grandmas condo complex flooded but she only got water in her sunroom thankfully but it was pretty bad. I could barely get to her place with my truck to check in on her. Lots of flooding in my town. Several roads collapsed.
I’m working on a video. Feels wrong to make two hurricane influenced videos back to back. But I’ve been filming the prep before during and cleanup. Anyway. Fingers crossed we can finally start building some dang ole cars here soon.

Well josue and Rualdo got some work done on the turbo truck while I was gone. But I got in late last night and it’s strait into hurricane prep. This one’s rough. Cat 5 and most models show it going right over us. It’s looking to be the worst one I’ve ever experienced in my 20 years as a Floridian. So I’m not sure what content looks like for the next week + I have a video kinda filmed from my desert offroad trip to look at vehicles. Also may have some time tomorrow to get more done on the truck. But we may be without power for weeks with the crews already having their hands full from Helene. That’s if everything’s still intact on the other side of this. So bare with us. Hopefully it’s not too bad and we can get back to building cars once this is over.
The irony that we finally have the shop dialed. Ready to start a major build. And we get back to back hurricanes. Sorry if there’s another hurricane related video next but we deal with the cards we got.

With our new engine coming Monday. I need some input. I’m torn on which car to use it in. I had an idea so I wanted some input.
Plan A - use the baller engine in the RX7 (this is what the engine was meant for) to get into No Prep ASAP. mild build in the Monte later.
Plan B - use the baller engine on the Monte. Build it first. An go all out on the Monte build. I’m talkin 8.50 Chromoly cage. Stick shift. 13-1500hp. Show car race car build with tons of fab work. Polished everything but with AC and full interior and all the other comforts so we can street it for fun and start doing drag n drive events ASAP.

Finally!! The two massive things we’ve been waiting on should both be here next week!
The engine for the next build is done. Dyno’d and shipped! It’s scheduled to be here Monday. So we can finally get rolling on that (may be a slight change of plans there. I guess more than slight. But I’m still undecided. So I need some input. But more on that later)
Thing two. THE LOFTS! Feels like this has been forever in the making. But the loft setups should be here next week as well (according to the shipping eta) I’ve been trying to hold off on tearing down the cars to start building them until the loft is done because as is. We’re at capacity. There’s nowhere to put anything. But also the loft build is going to require pretty much emptying the shop out. And once it’s done. We should have room to take apart multiple projects and keep everything organized in the process. So hopefully there aren’t any delays and it gets here next week as well! Can’t really do much with the engine until we can blow a whole car apart. Which we can’t do until we have the storage. I mean we “can” it would just make life 10x more difficult.
Also. I’ve been working on a “selling my cars” video. Idk if I’ll make it into a real video and post it. But sold the AE86. Sold the 2 seat jetboat. Now I need to sell the white F80 and everything I was planning to sell. Will be sold.

Well driftweek movie was supposed to go up today but it took forever to render and upload so tomorrow it is! Sorry for the huge gap in videos. Should be back to our regularly scheduled programming after this! Even if you don’t like the drifting. You should give the drift week video a shot. It’s a good one! Sorry for the delay in uploads! Just got home from drift week! (Should be called drift two weeks 😂) It’s gunna take me awhile to get through this one! So much happened on driftweek. I didn’t edit much on the trip because I wanted to be present and enjoy it. Which I did! It was an amazing time. I’m going to do one big long movie. May still be a day or so but should be a good one I think! Not editing and uploading was tough. But it’ll be neat to do one big long video!

Okay. I need your help. I want to take the Miata’s engine. Upgrade it for nitrous. And put it in the Monte Carlo. Then maybe put a NASCAR engine in the Miata. And rebuild it. Strip it. Repaint it. New wiring. Rear rad. Tube front and rear. Etc.
However. The Miata’s been around a long time. Does anyone wanna watch that. Or spend the time on something else? Keep in mind we’ll be doing the Monte Carlo as well and still starting on a no prep build soon.

Well I’m working on a bus upgrade video for you guys but it’s been a struggle. Started on it. Got sick for almost a week. Finally got back in the swing of things. And the weather took a turn because we have a hurricane coming tomorrow. But just know I’m working on it. Lol should be a solid one. Lots of exciting stuff!
