AMWF has filed SEVERAL Federal and State Complaints with AND against Alameda County Sheriff Yesenia Sanchez, Hayward Police Chiefs and Brian Matthews, U. S. Attorney Ismail Ramsey, California Attorney General Rob Bonta, F.B.I. Director Robert Tripp, California Attorney General Casey Hallinan, State Senator Aisha Wahab, Alameda County District Attorney Pamela Price, Director of California Department of Motor Vehicles Steve Gordon, et. al., against co-conspirators East Bay Auto/State Farm for their continuing Targeted Entrapment Scheme and "Bad Faith” by them, their agents, contractors, and ALL known and unknown, announced and unannounced Third Parties, the threats/demands for Payment of Storage, refusal to pay for a Rental vehicle, mitigating the continuing Loss of Use and Damages, and their illegal clandestine efforts to gain ownership of our truck WITHOUT PAYING FOR THE REPAIR NOR COMPENSATING US with the FRAUDULENT East Bay Auto Lien Sale and REFUSAL to release our truck to AMWF. Upon receiving the 7 page January 31, 2024 filed complaint, several agencies responded and stopped the unnoticed/served lien sale.
HOWEVER, AMWF’s truck was “STOLEN” from East Bay Auto Center, BUT NOT stolen nor burglarized through entry from knocking out the passenger door lock! There is ONLY 16 inches from the passenger door lock to the metal fence and 24 inches from the passenger door lock to the outer metal fence. That makes it PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE for someone to knock out the passenger door lock and a human body to open the door and enter the truck with less than 4 inches of clearance to enter given the design and build of the truck!! THE TRUCK WAS STOLEN THROUGH ENTRY FROM THE DRIVERS SIDE DOOR AND THERE IS NO SIGN OF ANY DAMAGE TO THE DRIVERS SIDE DOOR LOCK, THUS LEAVING THE ONLY POSSIBLE ENTRY THROUGH THAT DRIVERS SIDE DOOR WITH A KEY!

An Entrapment Sting operation as a judicial/governmental/law enforcement sponsored faux opportunity or enticement for a target to be associated with the commission of a crime, created, orchestrated, planned, executed and exploited by these unscrupulous governmental, judicial, law enforcement, conspiring legal entities, undercover or hidden police officer or surrogate, confidential informants, snitches, government operatives, judicial/governmental/law enforcement proxies; their contractors and agents (including its attorneys), legal opponents of the target, litigation consultants, legal entities employees, associates, members, agents, contractors, “local-yocal wanna-be’s”, petty influence peddlers, Federal, State and Local office holders, consultants, delegates, appointees, club/group members, with third parties and others, the bit players that constitute this rat-pack entertain you with a smile on their face, all that have “sold-out” and engaged in this corruption has conspired, consorted, colluded, conceived and employing this Criminal Entrapment Sting and Litigation Strategy with the objective of using deception and untruth to negate, if not diminish the target’s legal/political/financial/social position, their value and contribution to an acceptable practice, transparent and just treatment upon the targeted individual or group of targets for a particular crime type.
This criminal State sponsored tactical policy of isolation, victimization, criminalization, persecutory terror, civil conspiracy and the attempted entrapment of al-Hakim as the continuing victim has brought into play Federal, Sate County and local judicial, law enforcement, governmental and legal entities and agencies (“entities”) to further their continued persecution of al-Hakim whom has been surveilled for over 50 years including the use of government initiated, Nixon era “White House Plumbers” and CoIntelpro style dirty tricks and continues today with the compromising of many agents and informants covers due to their sloppiness. These actions of these judicial, law enforcement, governmental and legal entities and agencies are just one example of the continuing efforts of law enforcement to silence and eliminate al-Hakim, even by death, as their “enemy of the State” adversary when al-Hakim has caught and exposed them as they have been entrapped in their own criminal snares!

These criminal justices are forcing litigants and appellants into the Appeals Court cemetery for civil rights, where the Rule of Law is Overruled and Outlawed, the death of due process, where justice is a miscarriage, the treason of truth, the homicide of human rights, the dumpster for denial, where litigants rights are banished to rot in oppression, and die!
