I am Steve Burgess and I have over 30 years experience as a Hypnotherapist: I have helped many thousands of people to live their lives more positively.

To get the most out of the recordings you should listen in a relaxed and undisturbed way. It's best to play the same recording several times a week for a few weeks to allow your subconscious mind to absorb the beneficial suggestions, although some people experience wonderful changes happening in their lives much quicker than that.
