Welcome to my channel! I'm Zena, also known as *SugaMa*. I'm here to share the real, raw journey of my daily life. I live with degenerative disc disease in my lumbar spine & severe Osteoarthritis in my left knee, which often makes it hard to walk, let alone keep up with life. But, through the pain, I thank God & I keep pushing forward. I am a single grandmother, raising my autistic grandson, who came to me when his mom left him in December 2017. Sadly, his dad (my son) passed away in June 2021. But through it all, I keep going-finding joy in the small things & battling the weight of grief, depression, and chronic pain. On this channel, I share a mix of everything-real life moments with chronic pain, cooking and crafts (yes, I make earrings!)-outdoor adventures & keeping active, even when it's tough-loving all my family, especially my grands, & fighting to keep moving despite the odds. I hope my story & experiences can help inspire others to keep going no matter the challenges. ❤️ U
