Originally signed up in August, 2006, as paradisebeyond.
Things have changed since then: Google came in, eventually introducing their wicked ways, and a site once filled with spontaneity became a nest of vipers, frivolity and superficiality. Only money talks now, but I was one of the pioneers, one of the first people to start uploading metal music on to YouTube, focusing mainly on metal rarities and less well-known bands and albums; through that effort, always unrewarded, I contributed to the promotion of bands, albums and the metal genre in general.
Google policies and money-hunger got that account disabled, but there's something more important than money, which is the will, and the power of a human being: I re-built my account, posted back most of that material, and the channel is up and running, and so will be, until they destroy it.
