The purpose behind Killing Buddha is to kill ideologies. It's to embrace the coming change in our world, and find new philosophies that will help guide us. It's not to live by ideas but to trust our experience.

Bruce Lee's philosophy on martial arts, Jeet Kune Do, represented a major leap in the development of combat. He annihilated the old concept of distinct styles. He insisted that we take what was useful and discard the rest. I believe that's what we should do in our own lives. Learn from all perspectives of life, apply what works, and discard the rest.
