We are an EEO office trying to change the way government thinks about diversity and inclusion. At the National Institutes of Health, we believe that Turning Discovery into Health begins when we engage our employees' unique experiences in the discovery process. The range of experiences we bring with us to work allows us to explore ideas, cures, and solutions more wholistically and completely. So, we ask our scientists, administrators, partners, contractors, researchers, students, patients, our service staff — folks at every level of the organization — 'to bring their whole selves to work' ...everyday...365 days a year.
