Welcome! I've been waiting for you :) I started creating videos to help myself in hopes that it may also help others.
Most of the affirmation / meditation videos are at least 8 hours so that you can use during sleep or play in the background during the day.
I have disabled mid-roll ads in all affirmation videos so relax and enjoy! :)

FAQ
1. Do I need to listen using headphones?
Is it not required but most of the videos are best experienced using headphones/earphones. If it's uncomfortable, playing on your phone speaker or any stereo speaker works fine.
2. Do you have a donation page?
No, (you're too sweet!) but you listening to the videos regularly is what helps the most! If you'd like to help more, you can click on "Join" button on a video for a membership. I occasionally release early access videos and sneak peeks :)
