Chando H. (born December 28, 1996), better known by his nickname, 963 Hz, is a photographer, record producer, and songwriter. He grew up in The Netherlands as a child but until 2000 he, his brother, and his parents moved to Aruba. He started making beats at age of 10 years old and
starting doing photography at the age of 16 when his grandmother bought him a digital camera.
He is currently working on his upcoming beat tape and has big plans for his photography in the future.
