Jerry Givens is a Yoga & Meditation Educator, Life Coach, and Author. Through his work, he’s been able to bring yoga and mindfulness concepts to thousands of people in a way that they can understand and integrate. Jerry has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2008 and he completed his advanced yoga teacher certification in 2014. Since then, he’s assisted numerous yoga teacher trainings and retreats, and in 2022 completed the Internal Family Systems Therapy Level 2 training program.

Jerry is the author of the bestselling book "Essential Pranayama: Breathing Techniques for Balance, Healing, and Peace (2020)."
