Lenovo 1577 part 2, it didn't shut down w/ windows 11 installed but now it does with windows 10 (?)

LENOVO 1577, DDR3, Doesn't seem to power down completely, screen goes blank but fan still spins.

NyC, some guy rolled down the street and lost his shoes in the process.
