I like any and all videos about insulin resistance, and diabetes reversal. My A1c's have stubbornly stayed at 6.1 despite being very strict on a keto (very close to Carnivore) for pretty close to a year, but lately, I've seen some better fasting glucose numbers. I did not realize that it might take quite some time for the change of diet to kick in! I started being very careful early in January of 2023. I appreciate all of your videos and your style of teaching!

The best videos in my opinion are those where you debunk the standard guidelines and explaining why and how human bodies work. Thank you for all Dr. Ekberg!

Seriously love all your videos, but i especially like the ones where you dig deep into a narrow topic. Suggestions for future videos: - WHO says processed meat, even the unprocessed kind, is likely carciogenic - what is you opinion on this? - is unprocessed, mechanically extracted and organic seed oils healthy? Processed seed oils are unhealthy bc of the hexane etc but many of us lives in countries with much stricter food and consumer laws than the U S with access to eg organic, mechanically extracted canola oil. - metabolic resting rate and how it relates to and affect ketosis - what if you eat below your metabolic resting rate but cant stuff anymore food down, dont lack energy, still loosing weight etc? What effect can this have on the body if any? Does the body find the missing energy by burning the fat? (This issue is currently something im in and is very confused by) - the carb cold, with constant runny dripping nose, that only goes away when out of ketosis. Whats the cause? What can you do to eliminate it? - the whole starvation debate - starvation vs fasting vs autophagy, can you be in starvation mode if you dont feel hunger?

@BlakeLaoshi

I like the way you present information with the PowerPoint in the background and the glass board in the foreground; it's a nice aesthetic. I also like how you describe metabolic processes and would like to see you describe more of the helpful ones if you can. (Like how soluble and insoluble fibers interact with stuff, or breaking down how certain vitamins/phytonutrients/antioxidants get to where they need to go. That sort of thing.) Ooh, it would also be cool to see more information about the sources of the information you present, or rather, it would be really neat to learn more about your own learning process. (Like, what books/authors/academic journals you read, or other resource recommendations for further study.) Even if most folks'll never get around to doing all of the painstaking legwork you've already put in, it's a nice feeling for some to have a kind of map of the journey, so to speak, in case they should ever wish to retrace the path. (You know, like how people can go and hike the Oregon Trail if they want. Not a whole lot of people actually go and do it, but looking at it on a map sure is awe-inspiring all the same!) (^_^;) 🍉

@Mr_India....

Although I have benefited greatly from almost all videos of yours but the absolute best ones are about blood reports. Both what is the right test and how to interpret the results.
