Under the new tax scheme : Would a foreign loan or foreign cash advance be assesable income. For example I get a cash advance from a US credit card , and pay the credit card/bank with funds from the inside the US.

I have a question concerning succession planning of my estate. I am currently in US but within 7 years will be retiring to Thailand with my Fiancé of 10 years. I am 23 year’s her senior so naturally I would think I will be the first one to pass. My hopes is to leave her in the best and simplest way from a financial aspect. With the up coming tax changes in Thailand do you know, since a Roth IRA is exempt from taxes in US will it be exempt in Thailand based on the new tax laws? I enjoy your channel and the information you provide. Go War Eagles!!

Interested to know what options I have to use my Thai child's citizenship to purchase land, and what protections I have. Maybe a trust in her name etc. I am hoping to have a place to live for my next 30 years if I have that many. Looking for safest options.

I don't know or care whether or not any of these amendments are established in regards to taxation. I earn $135,000 annually in pensions, and I have real estate holdings, and investment. I was providing to the local economy by spending the over 250,000 baht per month in the local economy. I failed to renew my OA visa and regardless of the fact that I have a condominium here in Thailand, plan on leaving this country next week, for any other country that is more welcoming to foreigners.
