A rescue story, as told by Bastian, the Talking Terrier. Bastian is a rat terrier mutt rescued from Hurricane Florence in 2018. He's been learning to talk using Assistive Technology since June 2020, after being inspired by @hunger4words and @whataboutbunny. Kiley is his rescue kitty sissy who was born in January 2006 and is beginning her button journey as well!
