I'm so excited to share that I have started a new channel, which is in its infancy. I will not be creating less content in meditation that will remain the same so dont worry.

I will create consistent content about how to use physical strength to increase emotional strength and how I have used fitness and strength to overcome adversity… As you know, I've been a personal trainer most of my life, and now it is my turn to get back to you and teach you how I stay strong as an older woman…

I love living in the Barossa. I just love love love the amazing hilltop views. It is so incredibly calming...

Hi there,

well, I have so much to share with you I don't know where to start…

I'm living in South Australia… I'm engaged… yippee!!

Ruth my Rottweiler is going well. I have two horses, X racehorses, and I enjoy their company.

I love the views here; they are just amazing. I live on the edge of the Barossa, famous for its goldfields and wineries.
And there is an awesome farmers market close by on a Saturday. I can't wait to go.
I haven't had much opportunity to get out because I'm really focusing on creating content again now that I'm settled, and it's just wonderful… I thought I would send you the video below, as I've had a few days of crazy wind. During this time, the wind has been too furious for me to record, so I'm introducing a counselling special for those waiting to counsel me.

Hopefully, Camille will come and stay with me soon; my sister and I can introduce you to her.

This is our journey towards calming rumination, softening overthinking, and quelling anxiety and moving towards being present, appreciating the simple moment minimisation and feeling piece

I need your help.

I have a question for you…

I am spending enormous amounts of time creating a variety of content at the moment, offering bonuses and adding free content to my Patreon. And I love it.

I write articles on Medium and offer these free on Patreon; I create meditations with background music or vocals only; I do live, which I re-post on my Patreon page and without ads, and I have a podcast.

I would like to start running content with more one-on-one or small-group engagement so we can get up close and personal.

At the moment, this is in the thinking stage.

I plan to use Zoom.

Please know that any of these presentations can be attended without you putting your camera on ....
so that you can attend passively as well as face-to-face.

I want everyone to feel included. And I do not wish anyone to feel reluctant to attend because they feel they are compelled to show their face, but you are not.
