Flashback to about 10 years ago, you’d see a young woman, categorized as overweight, who far from made good health choices. I struggled with my weight for many years, and didn’t always feel comfortable or confident in my body. My weight would often yo-yo because I really didn’t know what I was doing, nor how to achieve sustainable weight loss. About 5 years ago everything changed when I really started making my health a priority in my life, and I have gained a wealth of experience and knowledge while truly finding a passion for living a healthy lifestyle.
And now, one of my goals in life is to help others feel the same way, and feel their healthiest, strongest and most confident selves! I took to plunge in getting a Nutrition Coaching Certification from NASM so I could successfully guide my clients into a healthy lifestyle!
