My methods draw from current exercise science research as well as my decade of experience as a strength and conditioning coach. I have a Master's degree in kinesiology, and am certified by the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) as a CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist), a TSAC-F (Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator), and a CPT (Certified Personal Trainer).
