After hammering on Amazon all year, we have that beast running on cruise control which means it’s time REVIVE EBAY!😅

We have an entire upstairs full of unlisted inventory so I am starting a new video series which will document every aspect of bringing this eBay store back to life!

I’m thinking a weekly episode showcasing the process of deep cleaning, photo/listing process, inventory management, what sold and shipping 👌🏼

We’ve been in the new space for 1 week now, have shipped 3,000 units to FBA for Clients and it has been the most stress free week we’ve had in many months. The environment and systems we have created here are the reason we will be scaling quicker than ever while maintaining our sanity 😁

Point being...Pay attention to how your environment is affecting you and make the adjustments needed to improve it 👌🏼

Those New Space Feels😍

Our little Prep Center(Network Prep) ‘side hustle’ started scaling much quicker than we anticipated and is now turning into a full time operation which we’ve fallen in love with 🙌🏼 Of course while still scaling our own FBA/YouTube business.

We dialed back a LOT of the small time wasting things we’ve been doing for years and made the decision simply FOCUS on scaling what we have the most potential with and have become damn good at.

Trying to juggle so many things at once will only lead to slow growth and stress, at least that’s what happened to us for the last several years. Focus your time/energy on mastering 1 thing, build systems around that, outsource what you can, then build the next.

For those that have supported our journey since doing videos and FBA out of our small garage, Thank You! I started this group in December 2015 as a means for new sellers to come get support, learn and grow together. We took many months off from everything including YouTube to focus on building a stronger foundation in our actual business. My goal is to get back to the roots of why this channel was created and be engaged with our own Community again.

Thank you all for choosing to be here and for being a valued member of this Community🙏🏼

Heaven has gained an amazing Man this week.
Wednesday night we got the news that my Father In Law unexpectedly passed away and it’s been an incredibly difficult few days.

Daryl was simply one of the best people you could ever have the fortune to know and such a great Papa to Titus & Isla.

Thank you for always bringing joy to any room no matter the environment. Thank you for the many teaching moments and great memories over the years. Although you are not physically with us now, we will continue carrying on your Legacy and charisma for many years to come. Your grandbabies will always know who you were 🙏🏼
