I’ve been thinking about giving our channel a fresh name to better reflect the content we share. Currently, it’s "Avoid Burnout with Resilience," but I’m considering changing it to:
"Avoid Burnout with Stoic Resilience."
The new name highlights our focus on using timeless Stoic principles to build resilience and avoid burnout at work, school, and in life. It feels more aligned with the actionable, philosophical, and practical advice we explore together.
